In 2008, he pled no contest to child abuse and prostitution charges, stemming from cameramen allegedly filming the breasts of underage girls who lied about their age. In 2013, Francis was convicted on three counts of false imprisonment, one count of assault causing great bodily injury, and one count of dissuading a witness.
